Are you ready to tackle zippers? Their bark is worse than their bite. In this next step up class, we will take 4 classes to make 3 projects. You will learn an easy zipper, topstitching, boxed corners, binding, covered zipper, sewing curves, applying hook and loop tape, using different kinds of interfacing, and a zipper closure. Materials that you provide (can also be purchased in studio.) Zipper Pouch - 1/4 yard OR 1 fat quarter home decor or quilting cotton for exterior 1/4 yard OR 1 fat quarter cotton for lining Optional: 9" all purpose polyester zipper. I provide these, but can't guarantee I will have a color you like. Zip Pillow Cover - 3/4 yard home decor or quilting cotton for outer pillow 1/8 yard quilting cotton for binding (decorative edging, should coordinate) 18" polyester all purpose zipper 18" square pillow form - NOT provided in materials fee. (easily upcycled from the thrift shop!) Carry-all Clutch - I LOVE this clutch and have used it as my main wallet for 2 years!! 1/4 yard OR 1 fat quarter woven for exterior 1/4 yard OR 1 fat quarter for lining Optional: 9" all purpose polyester zipper.
